I have now published two critical essays on Badiou, with a third forthcoming (in England). The first is analytical, and appears in Alain Badiou: Philosophy Under Condition, ed. Gabriel Riera, 2005 SUNY Press. My article is called "Alain Badiou: Philosophical Outlaw". The second appears in German in an Austrian publication, but is also supposed to appear shortly in English. I can make this one available to anyone interested. The title (in English) is "The Negative Universal: Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places" and works on Badiou's Saint Paul, as well as some of Agamben's work, as well as Hardt and Negri. I have to warn you that in the long run I am not entirely convinced by Badiou, nor convinced that his brand of anti-leftism is actually to the left of the left.
